By accessing this website, registering for our courses, or making a payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, students, and other users.
Important: The terms "NVI", "NextVision Infotech", "we", "us", and "our" refer to NextVision Infotech. "You" refers to the user, student, or visitor.
Enrollment & Course Policies

Eligibility: You must meet the minimum eligibility criteria (educational background, age, etc.) specified for each course. We reserve the right to verify your credentials.

Attendance: Regular attendance is mandatory. Students with less than 75% attendance may not be eligible for certification.

Course Completion: Certification is granted only upon successful completion of all required modules, assignments, and examinations.

Code of Conduct: All students must adhere to NVI's code of conduct. Disrespectful behavior, cheating, or any form of misconduct may result in immediate termination.
Fees & Payment Policies

Fee Structure: All course fees are communicated at the time of enrollment. NVI reserves the right to revise fees with prior notice.

Payment Methods: We accept payments via Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Bank Transfers (through our secure payment gateway partners).

Payment Failures: In case of a failed payment, please contact your bank or payment provider. Do not attempt to pay twice without confirming the status.

Disputes: Any payment disputes must be raised within 7 days of the transaction. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details.
Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and resources provided by NVI are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. This includes but is not limited to:
- Course curriculum, study materials, and PDFs.
- Video lectures, tutorials, and training content.
- Logo, brand name "NextVision Infotech" and "NVI".
- Website design, graphics, and source code.
Prohibited: Copying, distributing, reselling, or reproducing any NVI intellectual property without written consent.
Limitation of Liability
NVI strives to provide high-quality education and services. However, we are not liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- Technical issues, internet outages, or force majeure events affecting course delivery.
- Decisions made by students based on our course content (career outcomes, job placements, etc.).
Note: The maximum liability of NVI is limited to the total fees paid by the student for the specific course.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gaya, Bihar.
