- You have accessed less than 20% of the course content (videos, materials, etc.).
- You have not downloaded or shared any course materials.

Important: The 7-day refund window starts from the exact date and time of purchase. All refund requests must be submitted via email with proper documentation.
Refund Calculation & Deductions
Processing Fee
A 5% - 15% processing fee is deducted based on the time of cancellation:
- • 5% – Within 24 hours
- • 10% – Between 2-3 days
- • 15% – Between 4-7 days
Gateway Charges
Non-refundable payment gateway charges incurred during the original transaction:
- • 1.5% - 2.5% – Credit/Debit Cards
- • 1.5% - 2% – UPI & Net Banking
- • 2% - 3.5% – International Cards

How to Request a Refund

- • Order/Transaction ID and Payment Receipt
- • Course Name and Date of Purchase
- • Reason for cancellation
- • Bank Account Details (for refund transfer)
Our team will verify your request within 2-3 business days. We may contact you for additional information if needed.
Upon approval, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment source.
Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated, along with the refund reference number.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refund requests will not be accepted in the following cases:

Refund requests submitted after the 7-day window will not be processed.
Excessive Content Access
If more than 20% of the course content has been accessed or downloaded.
Material Downloaded
If course materials, PDFs, or resources have been downloaded or shared.
Policy Violations
If the student violated our Terms & Conditions or Code of Conduct.
Course Transfer Option
Instead of a refund, you can transfer your enrollment to another online course of equal or lesser value within 30 days of purchase. This option is available only once per student.
